Following this significant meeting, His Majesty graciously hosted a royal banquet in honor of His Excellency To Lam. Further solidifying the profound respect and close ties shared at the highest levels, Her Majesty Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk also extended a gracious audience to the Vietnamese Party Chief at her Royal Residence. Beyond the royal engagements, His Excellency To Lam is also scheduled to participate in several solemn ceremonial events. These include laying wreaths at the revered Independence Monument, paying tribute at the Royal Statue of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk ‘Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh,’ Cambodia’s revered former King, and honoring the enduring bonds of solidarity at the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument.

A pivotal part of His Excellency To Lam’s itinerary includes a high-level meeting with Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and President of the Cambodian Senate. Moreover, the comprehensive agenda includes a significant trilateral summit bringing together the top leadership of the Cambodian People’s Party, the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party. This crucial meeting will be jointly presided over by the party presidents and secretary generals of the three nations. High-ranking officials, including the Prime Ministers and National Assembly leaders from Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos, along with other key party dignitaries, are also slated to participate. This underscores a broader regional diplomatic effort to strengthen cooperation and solidarity. During this period of high-level engagements, the Secretary General of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party is also scheduled to participate in a bilateral summit with the Standing Committee of the Cambodian People’s Party Central Committee, in addition to their attendance at the trilateral discussions.
